LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE/LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (HOSPITAL/FACILITY NAME)

In this role, you will:

• Perform a variety of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Provide direct care to patients, implementing their plans of care and monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Work with a diverse range of medical diagnoses while assisting patients in achieving their discharge goals and restoring their autonomy.

Credentials:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state regulations is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Preferred: One or more years of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Rehabilitation experience is a plus.
