Licensed Practical Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

Commitment Incentive:

We offer an attractive commitment incentive of up to $7,500, distributed in four equal payments over two years. Earn $1,875 every six months for your dedication and hard work.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while adhering to the LPN scope of practice.
2. Collaborate in creating personalized interdisciplinary care plans that address physical, psychosocial, and age-specific needs.
3. Implement care plans effectively and monitor patient outcomes, reporting any significant changes to the Assistant Clinical Manager/Supervisor.
4. Administer medications following established guidelines and documentation protocols.
5. Maintain thorough records according to federal, state, and unit-specific standards and regulations.
6. Continue your professional development by fulfilling the educational requirements mandated by the Board of Nursing.
7. Perform any additional duties as needed within the scope of practice.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current NC LPN License and BCLS certification.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities to effectively perform nursing duties.
