Role Summary:

As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play an essential role in our plasma donation team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting physical examinations and medical history assessments to ensure donor suitability.
• Building rapport with donors and prioritizing overall satisfaction.
• Maintaining donor and staff confidentiality at all times.
• Providing education regarding general health and delivering counseling on test results.
• Managing donor injuries and evaluating any history of illness or medications.
• Assisting with employee training and administering health programs.

Salary: Compensation is based on your licensure and experience, with LPNs earning between $32 and $35 per hour and RNs earning $48 to $50 per hour, plus participation in a company bonus program.

Job Requirements:

• A valid nursing license (LPN/RN) in your state, along with current CPR certification.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical capabilities to perform job functions, including light lifting and manual tasks.
