About the Role:
Are you passionate about patient care and looking to grow your nursing career? We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to deliver quality, holistic care while ensuring patients feel heard and valued. Our LPNs provide essential support under the supervision of Registered Nurses or Physicians and serve as primary contacts for patients within their scope of practice.
Typical Duties:

• LPN:
  • Nurse Visits
  • Vaccines
  • Blood Pressure Checks
  • Suture & Staple Removal
  • Weight Checks
  • Medication Refills
  • Communicating with Pharmacy
• MA:
  • Rooming Patients
  • Vaccines
  • Vitals

Responsibilities:

• Ensure patient health, comfort, and safety.
• Document thorough medical histories.
• Contribute to patient assessments and administer treatments as ordered.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans under the guidance of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

• LPN: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing board and maintain necessary competencies.
• MA: Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program. Certification as a Medical Assistant is required.

Additional Requirements:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six months of employment is required.
