Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is eager to provide holistic care and support to patients. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider, or Physician, taking on the responsibility of being the primary nurse for a provider within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document comprehensive medical histories from patients.
• Assist in patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as instructed.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans under the direction of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. An active, unencumbered LPN license is required, along with necessary competencies and certifications for the department.
