Your Role:

• Conduct physical exams and establish medical histories to assess donor suitability.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain confidentiality for donors and staff.
• Educate donors about potential hazards and general health.
• Assess and manage donor injuries and adverse events.
• Evaluate medical history to ensure ongoing donor eligibility.
• Assist in training employees and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program.

What We Look For:

You should be educated and currently certified as an LPN in the state of employment, with a valid CPR certification. We value individuals who can perform physical and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining great communication skills.

Physical Requirements Include:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent hand and foot movements, along with light lifting.
• Good hearing acuity and vision capabilities.
