Your Role Will Involve:

• Delivering direct patient care following personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring patients, including observing vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report observations and implement care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Sharing in the joy of patient achievements throughout their journey.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• A year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation is a plus.
