Center Medical Specialist Role

We are looking for a passionate RN or LPN to work at our Plasma Donation Center!

Salary Information: Salary ranges from $32 to $35 per hour for LPNs, depending on experience and qualifications. Our RN positions offer between $48 and $50 per hour. Additionally, this position qualifies for up to 4% participation in the company bonus pool. Benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, a 401K match up to 5%, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting physical examinations and establishing medical history to assess donor suitability
• Building rapport with donors for enhanced satisfaction
• Maintaining donor and staff confidentiality
• Educating donors on health practices and addressing any concerns
• Evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events
• Ensuring continued donor eligibility through health evaluations
• Assisting in training new employees
• Administering the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program

Job Requirements:

Must be currently licensed and certified as an RN, LPN, or Licensed Vocational Nurse according to state law. Current CPR certification is also required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform standing and sitting tasks for extended periods
• Frequent hand movements and precise coordination skills
• Light lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to biological fluids and laboratory equipment
