Responsibilities Include:

• Performing nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Providing direct patient care and observing vital signs and treatment responses.
• Working with diverse diagnoses, including stroke and cardiac conditions.
• Supporting patients as they work toward discharge and reintegrating into their communities.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year experience in a medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred: Rehabilitation experience.
