Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and gather medical histories to assess donor suitability.
• Build strong relationships with donors to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and staff information.
• Educate donors about health and risks associated with plasma donation.
• Manage and evaluate donor injuries or adverse events.
• Assist in training employees and administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program.

Requirements:

• Current certification as an LPN in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification is mandatory.

Physical Attributes:

• Ability to perform tasks both standing and sitting for extended periods.
• Frequent hand and foot movement with the capacity for precise coordination.
• Capability to bend, twist, and engage in physical activities as needed.
