We are looking for skilled professionals such as EMT Basics, EMT Advanced, Paramedics, LVNs/LPNs, or RNs to join our Plasma Donation Center team!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and gather medical histories to determine donor suitability.
• Build strong relationships with donors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality for donors and staff alike.
• Educate donors on potential hazards and their health.
• Provide counseling regarding health outcomes and unacceptable test results.
• Evaluate and manage donor injuries and any adverse reactions.
• Continuously assess medical histories and medication use to ensure donor eligibility.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.

Qualifications:

Must be educated and licensed as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT in the state of employment, with a high school diploma or GED. Current CPR certification is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform work both standing and sitting for up to 2 to 4 hours each day.
• Must be able to bend and twist the neck for up to 2 hours daily.
• Frequent hand movements are required, including fast and precise movements of fingers and hands.
• Occasional foot movement, and may require squatting or crouching.
