Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nnHome Care Assignment nPlaistow, NH n n n nnnInterim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a patient in Plaistow, New Hampshire. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide one-on-one care to a female patient in their home. Clinician must be skilled in handling epilepsy, TIA's, and cerebral palsy.n nPay Rate: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $33.50/HR nHours: 24 hours 8am-8pm (Saturday & Sunday) n nResponsibilities: n

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.

• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
n
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

nJob Requirements  n

• Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
n
• Home care experience preferred
n
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)

• Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
