As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Delivering compassionate care

Eligibility Requirements

• Valid LPN License
• APD Certification - Must be obtained prior to start.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience working with tracheas
• Case is open to 10-hour shifts Monday through Saturday, can be split with multiple LPNs. Indefinite length of time.
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
