Your role will involve utilizing your full range of nursing skills and experience to inspire patients toward progress every day. In this position you will:

• Perform a wide variety of nursing tasks under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide direct patient care by following individualized care plans and monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Work with patients across various diagnoses, including stroke, spinal cord injury, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.
• Assist patients in their journey towards discharge, enabling them to return to their families and communities.

Credentials:

• Current LPN licensure as per state regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: One or more years of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred: Rehabilitation experience.
