Sign on Bonus of $12K for FT and $6K for PT
Pay up to $47 hr plus bonus!
Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
