Pay: $22.75 - $35.26 / hour. Pay is based on applicant's relevant experience.

As an essential member of our healthcare team, your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) involves providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will be integral in supporting the health and well-being of patients while adhering to our organization’s values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient assessment by collecting important health data for RN analysis.
• Execute care plans, including specimen collection and wound care.
• Support patients with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient health status and responses to treatments.
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to respond effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
• Required Licensure/Certification: Active state licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN), and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
• Experience: None required, but relevant experience is a plus.
• BLS certification must be acquired prior to the start date, valid for at least sixty days post-hire.
