Your Role Includes:

• Providing direct patient care in line with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement patient care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrating the victories of patients as they progress in their recovery.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Experience in rehabilitation is preferred.
