Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and assess medical histories to determine donor eligibility
• Build strong rapport with donors to enhance their experience
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and staff information
• Educate donors about potential hazards and health information
• Manage donor injuries and adverse events effectively
• Assist in training new employees
• Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program

What You Need:

To succeed in this role, you must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, currently certified in your state, and possess a valid CPR certification.

• Ability to work for extended periods in both standing and seated positions
• Frequent manual dexterity and precise hand movements
• Must be capable of light lifting and reaching
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a plasma donation center with exposure to biological fluids and laboratory equipment
