Pay Info: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Department Details

• $5.00 p/h shift differential
• $2.50 p/h travel differential
• Weekend/night shift differentials available
• Flexible availability required to meet center needs

Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will apply your knowledge of nursing principles to support residents' health, comfort, and safety.

Your responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conducting assessments and documenting resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Developing effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Providing essential counseling on prevention and treatment plans.
• Participating in an interdisciplinary care team to enhance resident care.

Qualifications include:

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota or multi-state licensure privileges.
• Completion of a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience.
• Current competencies and certifications as required.
