• Provide direct nursing care to patients under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and assist with various medical procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and report responses to care.
• Communicate with patients and families regarding care and follow-up.
• Participate as a member of the Code Team when needed.
• Perform waiting room and exam room rounding.
• Maintain department-specific competencies and assist with training new staff.

• Valid LPN license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

• Hourly pay range: $22.40 - $37.41.
