About You

You are a fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist with a Master's degree or higher, holding one of the following credentials: LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW. You have a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance and are eager to launch or expand your practice by accepting insurance.
