Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to offer a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions.

What We're Looking For
We are hiring independently licensed clinicians who are eager to make a difference and grow with us. We are particularly interested in:

• Providers willing to conduct 25+ sessions per week

• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)

• Clinicians who value autonomy while appreciating being part of a team

• Those interested in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles

• A strong commitment to integrity, openness, and quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCMH, or Licensed Psychologist

• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Up to $100,300, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
