Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Fee for Service

Join Thriveworks as a Licensed Clinician! We're looking for professionals to provide a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions. This role is based in Reston, VA, and comes with a $7,500 ramp stipend for those available for 25+ hours weekly.

What We’re Looking For
We want independently licensed clinicians in Virginia who are eager to make a positive impact and grow their careers with us. We're particularly interested in:

• Providers ready to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while enjoying teamwork
• Those keen on clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Individuals demonstrating integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in Virginia
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Earn up to $109,000, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
