Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate seamlessly with external healthcare providers.
- Conduct detailed outpatient psychiatric evaluations to inform treatment plans.
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health issues and substance use disorders.
- Deliver evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to address a variety of mental health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records (Athena) in accordance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a relevant counseling field.
- Active and unrestricted license (LIMHP, LMHP) in your state.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in social work.
- Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Proficient in using digital tools for medical documentation and professional communication.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
