Join Thriveworks as a Licensed Clinician to provide exceptional telehealth and in-person sessions. Thriveworks is currently seeking qualified providers to work in Bethlehem, PA, and we are pleased to offer a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians willing to serve 25+ hours per week.

What We're Looking For
We are on the lookout for independently licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania who are eager to make a difference and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome:
- Providers who are ready to take on 25+ sessions per week
- Behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our full support
- Clinicians who value independence while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team
- Those keen on pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles
- Individuals with strong integrity, transparency, and a commitment to high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania
- Must reside in and be licensed within the state of service delivery
Compensation:
Up to $101,700, depending on licensure type/level, volume of sessions, and opportunity for bonuses.
