Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Fee For Service

Join Thriveworks as a Master's Level Clinician (Seeking LMHC) and make a meaningful impact in the mental health field. Our organization is excited to expand our team and welcome clinicians who are pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LMHC to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. We offer a generous $7,500 ramp stipend for those who can commit to 25+ hours of availability per week.

What We Are Looking For:

• Clinicians available for full-time work (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits with 5 hours dedicated to administrative tasks and supervisory meetings).

• Behavioral health generalists who are open to seeing a diverse client base, including couples and children, with our support.

• Individuals who value both autonomy and teamwork.

• Candidates with strong character; we prioritize integrity, openness, and a commitment to delivering quality care.

• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location and be willing to work in the office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model of 50% in-office and 50% remote.

• Flexibility in scheduling is a must.

Qualifications:

• Must be seeking licensure in Massachusetts.

• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in a relevant field.

• Experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.

• Preferably, candidates should have experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation:

Compensation packages are competitive, with potential earnings of up to $73,700.00 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
