In this role, you will provide compassionate care for a diverse range of mental health conditions, utilizing various therapeutic methods tailored to meet our patients' unique needs. We support our clinicians with operational resources, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Utilize effective treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to support recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional social work or clinical experience post-Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for communication and medical documentation, such as Excel, Outlook, and electronic health record systems.
• A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
