Your Qualifications:

• A heart for serving patients and families with a dedication to outstanding care
• Education: Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution
• Licensure: Current state license as a social worker
• Experience: At least 2 years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings
• Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
