Position Highlights:

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week - with at least 25 client visits plus 5 hours for administrative tasks and supervision meetings).

• Behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children.

• Residing within 45 minutes of our office is required, with an ability to work in-office during the probationary period followed by a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).

Qualifications:

• Currently seeking licensure within Connecticut.

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.

• Registered as an LMSW with the board.

• Experience in a counseling setting, particularly treating depression and anxiety.

• Preferred experience independently conducting intakes and diagnoses according to DSM-5 under supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation up to $51,100 is based on various factors including licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. We provide:
