Principal Accountabilities:

• This role involves physical activity in a food processing environment, requiring moderate exertion and the ability to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds occasionally.
• Exposure to wet and humid conditions and the need to use personal protective equipment is expected.
• Execute automation solutions for plant process control, design and configure control systems, and oversee electrical and instrumentation functions.
• Develop and implement control strategies based on best practices with a focus on reliability and improvement.
• Work with teams to enhance system performance and provide training on completed projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI/Controls programming languages.
• Ability to troubleshoot a variety of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics.
• Must pass an Electrical Aptitude Test.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Cargill.
• Understanding of continuous and batch process control strategies.
• Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens automation systems.
