Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing and installing electrical projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborating with team members to effectively install and maintain equipment.
• Consulting with operators and engineers to plan equipment layouts and resolve operational issues.
• Working with voltage levels up to 480/4160 volts and wiring Variable Frequency Drives.
• Reading blueprints and schematics to determine installation procedures.
• Conducting preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they arise.
• Inspecting equipment for safety and performance, advising management on potential hazards.
• Documenting equipment performance, repairs, and calibrations.
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently under varying conditions.
• Adhering to safety regulations and standards including the National Electric Code.

Required Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Aged 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and climbing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills to manage data entries.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Proficient understanding of blueprints and schematics.
• A strong commitment to safety practices and a positive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications?

• Experience with Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers, wiring, and programming.
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment for troubleshooting and analysis.
• Possessing an electrician’s license (Apprentice, Journeyman or equivalent) from the state of Nebraska.
• A degree or coursework in Electromechanical or Electrical Systems.
