Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is excited to welcome Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our dynamic team, offering a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. This position offers a generous $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians providing 25+ hours per week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians who are eager to make a meaningful impact while growing with us. Ideal candidates include:

• Providers willing to conduct 25+ sessions a week

• Behavioral health generalists (with support for seeing couples/children)

• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while valuing team collaboration

• Those interested in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles

• Individuals with a strong commitment to integrity and quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts

• Must be a resident and licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Up to $124,300, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus incentives.
