Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service Opportunity

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to deliver a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions. This position is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who are available for 25 or more hours per week.

Your Role
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact while growing professionally. We particularly value candidates who:

• Are available to conduct 25 or more sessions per week
• Are generalists in behavioral health (willing to work with couples and children, with our support)
• Appreciate autonomy but also enjoy being part of a team
• Are interested in taking on clinical leadership or supervisory positions
• Exhibit strong character traits, such as integrity, transparency, and a commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts
• Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are to be provided

Compensation:
Up to $124,300 based on your level of licensure, session volume, and available bonus opportunities.
