What We're Looking For
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians eager to make a meaningful difference and grow with our organization. We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Are willing to conduct 25+ sessions per week

• Are behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples/children, supported by our team)

• Value independence while enjoying teamwork

• Are interested in leadership or supervisory opportunities

• Exhibit strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW credential in a participating state

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are rendered

Compensation:
 Up to $100,300, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonuses.
