Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position allows professionals to operate a private practice with the support of Headway, which facilitates insurance credentialing and billing. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work remotely, while providing marketing assistance to grow caseloads. LCSWs are responsible for conducting psychotherapy and managing patient care, ensuring accessibility and affordability in mental health services.

Wage: Between $115-$130 an hour
