What We Are Looking For
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in California ready to make a meaningful difference. We particularly welcome:

• Providers willing to see 25+ clients weekly

• Behavioral health generalists (comfortable working with couples/children, with our backing)

• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while thriving in a collaborative environment

• Those interested in opportunities for clinical leadership or supervisory roles

• Strong character, with values of integrity, openness, and dedication to quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW in California

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Up to $115,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and performance bonuses.
