Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Flexible Hours

Thriveworks is actively seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face services. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who are available for 25+ hours a week.

What We Seek
We are in search of independently licensed clinicians in Ohio who are eager to make a difference and grow alongside us. We are particularly interested in:

• Providers willing to conduct 25+ sessions weekly

• Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children, with our support

• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while valuing team collaboration

• Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles

• Strong character is essential—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are paramount

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LISW in Ohio

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Up to $100,300 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
