Salary: $70,000-$90,000 (based on experience) with sign on and performance bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, On-site (Hybrid option available after 90 days)

Our client, a respected nonprofit headquartered in Central Texas, is hiring two full-time clinicians-licensed professional counselor or licensed clinical social worker with at least 6 months post-full licensure experience for Harker Heights and Taylor TX medical centers. • Opportunity 2 HARKEET HEIGHT TEXAS: LPC or LCSW, open to seeing all ages (5+), fully licensed with post-licensure experience (bilingual not required)

Candidate Qualifications Needed

• Licensed LPC or LCSW in Texas (or eligible for license transfer)

• Works with "all ages: 5 years and above

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field

• Minimum 6 months post-full licensure experience however if you have worked in the education sector or with the population 5 years and upward-"all ages" then our client will wait for you to get your full license for up to 90 days

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required

• Passion for serving diverse populations in a fast-paced clinical setting

Work Environment

• On-site 5 days/week to start

• Hybrid schedule available after 90 days based on patient volume
