What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are enthusiastic about making an impact. Ideal candidates will:

• Be willing to see 25+ clients weekly
• Be comfortable working with diverse populations, including couples and children
• Value autonomy while also enjoying teamwork
• Show interest in clinical leadership or supervisory positions
• Exhibit strong character traits—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts
• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation: Up to $124,300, determined by licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus potential.

What We Offer

• $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours/week
