Licensed Clinical Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Deliver therapeutic treatment for mental health conditions utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Carefully monitor and document treatment responses, clinical symptoms, and any treatment-related complications.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling discipline.
• A valid and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of post-master’s professional experience in providing behavioral health services.
• Experience offering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Proficiency in using computers for documentation and communication, including Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS, or similar EHRs.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation for this role ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment and various factors such as education, experience, and local labor markets. In addition to your salary, we offer a wide array of benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, and 401k contributions, all subject to eligibility requirements.
