Description
Centurion Health is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive healthcare servicesto the KansasDepartment of Corrections. We are currently seeking a PRNLicensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team atHutchinson Correctional Facility located inHutchinson, Kansas.
The Licensed Mental Health Clinician provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
• Active mental health professional license in Kansas required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing direct care to individuals with mental illness preferred
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
