Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Deliver effective treatment using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
• Monitor treatment response and track changes in clinical symptoms and potential side effects.
• Maintain precise electronic medical records and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications Required:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted independent license to practice in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services post-master's degree.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR) and professional communication tools.
• A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
