The New Colleague Training (NCT) program, is a paid training, that's very interactive and fun! As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a part of a dynamic team of recruiters, that focuses on the candidate and the client. Get ready to manage both sides of the desk, while helping your clients and candidates thrive!

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. In this vital role, the Executive Recruiter will need a sense of urgency, while focusing on existing clients and identifying new ones, while interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers. Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 unless outlined below. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Anticipated Salary:

California $68,640

Colorado $56,485

New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties - $64,350

New York- All Other Locations - $60,405.80

Washington - $77,968.80

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
