Are you a polished professional with a knack for organization and client service? Staffmark is hiring a Legal Secretary to support a well-established law office in Monroe. This is your opportunity to be the welcoming face of the firm while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00/hr (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls; take and relay accurate messages
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Maintain and organize legal files (both paper and digital)
- Assist with document preparation, copying, scanning, and mail distribution
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and office staff
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in reception or administrative roles (legal office experience a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
