Position Information

LPG Urology is seeking a full-time BE/BC Urologist to join a busy practice of 9 physicians and 5 advanced providers. The practice has three outpatient offices located in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Lehigh Acres.

Responsibilities include treating general urologic conditions such as prostate disease, kidney stones, incontinence, oncology, and erectile dysfunction, with minimally invasive surgeries and robotics. A special interest in female urological conditions is a plus. Weekend call coverage with advanced practitioner support is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urology care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for adult patients.
• Perform minimally invasive surgeries and robotic-assisted procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care and follow-up.
• Participate in weekend call coverage with AP support.
• Engage in outpatient and inpatient clinical duties across affiliated facilities.

Providers perform complex surgeries at Cape Coral Hospital and HealthPark Medical Center, and outpatient procedures at the Urology-dedicated Whitehall Surgery Center.

Cape Coral Hospital is a 291-bed facility in Fort Myers offering a broad range of services including nursery care, diabetes and chronic disease programs.

HealthPark Medical Center is a 460-bed facility offering inpatient and outpatient services across cardiology, OBGYN, rehab, radiology, and a 24/7 emergency care center; primary location for Lee Health’s cardiac program and a designated Chest Pain Center.
