Leasing Contract Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Leasing Contract Specialist to support multiple locations with the preparation, review, and management of lease agreements. This role demands a strong understanding of legal terminology and contract language, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise commercial lease agreements and related documents for multiple properties.
• Interpret and apply legal language to ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with property managers, legal counsel, and external landlords to facilitate lease negotiations and approvals.
• Track lease terms, renewal dates, and critical deadlines to ensure timely execution while maintaining organized records of all lease documentation and correspondence.
• Identify and escalate potential legal or operational risks within lease agreements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standardized leasing procedures across locations.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in lease administration, contract management, or real estate operations.
• Strong grasp of legal jargon and ability to interpret complex lease language.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification or legal experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate laws and leasing practices.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
