Learning And Development Manager - Home Services (Norcross)

We are seeking a dynamic Training & Education Specialist to deliver impactful learning experiences for contractors, distributors, and internal teams nationwide. This role combines in-person facilitation, digital content development, and e-learning platform management to strengthen product knowledge, drive engagement, and support brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person training sessions for contractors, distributors, and employees across the U.S.
• Confidently present products at trade shows, events, and large group training sessions.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materialsincluding presentations, videos, hands-on modules, and NATE certification content.
• Create engaging video content and digital training modules tailored to HVAC professionals.
• Manage the e-learning platform , overseeing course creation, uploads, and content updates.
• Track contractor attendance, engagement, and performance through learning systems.
• Coordinate and order product shipments to distributors for training purposes.
• Respond to training requests and design custom content as needed.
• Partner with the marketing team to align training initiatives with brand messaging, digital campaigns, and product launches.
• Support social media and digital marketing efforts by contributing educational content.
• Follow up with contractors post-training to reinforce learning through a structured process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 57 years of experience in sales, training, or field marketing roles
• Strong HVAC/Home Services technical knowledge and trade background
• Proven experience managing e-learning platforms and creating digital training content
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and video editing tools
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
