Lead Yard Driver

Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Lead Yard Driver / Yard Foreman in Portland TN!
Pay rate is $32 per hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, roughly 8-10 hours per shift.
The ideal candidate will have extensive yard shifting experience, strong safety awareness, and prior interaction with Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers. A CDL is required. Must have previously supervisory experience.
Responsibilities:
-Operate company vehicles safely within the yard
-Assist with yard shifting tasks, moving trailers and equipment as needed
-Safely transport crew members, materials, or equipment
-Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
-Ensure strict compliance with all company safety protocols
-Supervises multiple yard jockeys

Requirements:
-Proven experience in yard operations and shifting work
-Strong understanding of OTR truck interactions
-CDL license
-Ability to pass drug screening and background checks Must provide own steel-toe boots and work gloves
