FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

Join our dynamic vascular technologist team in a leadership role, where your expertise will make a meaningful impact. You will lead team members by sharing advanced knowledge of their responsibilities and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, coach, and evaluate team performance in productivity and quality management.
• Model positivity and promote teamwork by assisting with coordinating services and prioritizing tasks.
• Perform the core duties of a vascular technologist while guiding team members on complex issues.
• Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while potentially collaborating with Radiology students.
• Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• * Registered Vascular Tech
• * Registered Vascular Specialist
• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program.
• Registered as a Vascular Technologist (RVT) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, must be current before start date.
