Selectek is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Structural Engineer with an established structural engineering firm in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects, providing elegant, practical, and timely solutions that earn client confidence. You'll be a natural leader, guiding project teams and mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver structural engineering projects for commercial, institutional, or healthcare buildings.
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members.
• Perform thorough quality control reviews before project issuance.
• Conduct construction observations and special inspections.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.

We're looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Institutional or Healthcare buildings.
• At least 1 year of Retail building experience.
• A Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• A PE license in Oklahoma (or the ability to obtain one immediately).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• 1 years of experience leading a team.
• The ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines effectively.
• A passion for technical excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
